Refunds & Cancellations

Transparency in finance is our core pledge. Review our cancellation grace periods, digital download non-refundability disclaimers, and payment gateway chargeback rules.

01 SaaS Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your active SaaS plan tier at any time directly through the photographer dashboard settings panel. Upon request, your subscription will continue active until the end of your current pre-paid billing cycle, and no further automated Razorpay debit renewals will occur. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

02 Non-Refundable Digital Services

All financial transactions generated for our high-resolution dynamic galleries download payments, photographer setup facilitation fees, and database space allocation extensions are **final and non-refundable**. Since raw image assets are delivered digitally over the air instantly, statutory returns are precluded once delivery is completed.

03 Payment Failure, Grace Periods & Suspensions

In the event of subscription billing default (e.g. expired card, bank declined transaction), a statutory grace period of **seven (7) business days** is automatically initiated.

During this period, active event galleries remain fully viewable. If the payment remains unpaid past the grace period, all active live galleries will be frozen, face-recognition lookup engines paused, and synchronization features locked until the past due balance is cleared.

04 Gateway Commissions & Chargebacks

Checkout facilitation and gateway transaction commissions deducted at the time of dynamic photo checkouts are fully retained by the processor banks and are strictly non-refundable. FlipZap acts as an independent software compiler; any transaction disputes, refund queries, or chargeback claims initiated by event guests must be managed and settled directly by the respective photographer/studio.
