Understanding Your Billing and Subscription

FlipZap is a subscription-based platform. We offer transparent pricing plans that cover cloud storage capacity, AI facial vector indexing, and professional studio CRM tools. Manage your billing details smoothly using these steps:

Viewing Active Subscription Tier

Go to the Settings > Subscriptions & Billing tab. Here you can check your current tier (Free, Premium, or Enterprise), remaining storage space in gigabytes, and next renewal date.

Dynamic Invoicing CRM Settings

When billing your clients for shoots, you can generate professional PDFs. Customize these details under Super Admin Settings > Invoice Configuration:

• Business Identity: Store legal studio name, address, GSTIN registration, and email address.
• Authorized Signature: Upload a transparent signature PNG file to automatically sign generated invoices.
• Template Styles: Switch between classic clean typography layouts and modern colorful frames.

Upgrades and Cancellations

You can upgrade to a higher tier immediately if you run out of event credits or cloud storage space. Downgrades or plan cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, ensuring you do not lose access to active client portals prematurely.
