FlipZap AI - Master Legal Agreement

This Master Legal Agreement governs your use of FlipZap AI platform, including all services such as AI Face Search, digital galleries, cloud storage, and related tools. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Privacy Policy

FlipZap AI collects user data only for service functionality including account creation, image processing, AI-based matching, and cloud delivery. We ensure all data is encrypted during storage and transmission.

We do not sell or trade user data. Data is accessible only for system functionality and authorized personnel under strict security policies.

Users may request data deletion at any time, subject to verification and legal compliance requirements.

2. Terms of Use

By using FlipZap AI, users agree not to misuse the platform for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities. The platform is intended for professional photography management and AI-assisted media processing.

3. AI Usage Policy

Users acknowledge that AI processing is probabilistic and should not be used for legal identity verification or high-risk decision making.

4. Data Protection & Security

All payments made to FlipZap AI are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Subscription services are billed in advance. Users may cancel subscriptions anytime, but unused periods are not refunded.

7. Copyright & Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of uploaded content. However, by uploading content, users grant FlipZap AI limited license to process and display content for service functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlipZap AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from usage of the platform.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Maintenance, updates, or external failures may temporarily affect access.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under jurisdiction of relevant courts.

11. Updates to Policy
