This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for FlipZap AI services and subscriptions.

1. General Policy

All payments made to FlipZap AI are considered final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Our services are digital in nature, including AI tools, cloud storage, and software-based features.

2. Subscription Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Once a subscription is activated, no partial or full refunds will be issued for unused time.

  • No refund for partial usage
  • No refund for unused subscription period
  • User can cancel anytime for future billing cycles

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Billing mistake from our system
  • Service not delivered after payment confirmation

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Misuse or misunderstanding of features
  • Failure to use the service after activation
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions

5. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment method and banking system.

Important Note: FlipZap AI reserves the right to deny refund requests if the conditions are not met or if misuse of services is detected.
