Getting Started with the Studio Portal

Welcome to the FlipZap Support Hub! This guide will take you from setting up your account to publishing your first client gallery.

Step 1: Setting up your Profile

Once you register, navigate to Settings > Studio Profile. Enter your studio name, business address, contact details, and upload your high-resolution brand logo. This information will appear on your dynamic invoices and gallery footers.

Step 2: Choosing Storage & Cloud Provider

FlipZap supports flexible cloud storage configs. Under Settings > Storage, configure whether to store your event directories in local public storage, AWS S3, or Azure Blob. If using cloud storage, enter your API credentials (AWS Secret Access Key or Azure Account Key) to enable automatic sync.

Step 3: Creating Your First Event Grid

Go to the Events tab, click Create Event, enter the details (e.g., "Sharma Wedding 2026") and select layout templates. You are now ready to upload pictures and invite your team members or clients!
